  Hi all, I was referred here yesterday by the 988 helpline as a resource for support and community in my struggle with Bipolar 2. I am in between waves at the moment—a little emotionally sensitive but not in crisis as I was yesterday. I am sure that the gray midwestern weather is not helping me out :)I have never been a member of any type of support group before, so I wanted to ask you all how you best utilize this group as a tool for healing and community?
