  Hi everyone,it feels like I bring a lot of implacable nervous energy to most of my interactions with people. I want to help them feel comfortable, and wish to be relaxed myself, but it feels like I end up doing the opposite. This is a problem with everyone, even in my closest relationships (although much less there). When this happens, I usually feel tension and excessive energy around my cheeks and eyes, and imagine that I have a really intense facial expression. i'm not sure why I get...

  Being part of this group and reading your posts is helping me accept this issue and improving my attempts to overcome it - so if you are reading this, THANK YOU!!having a tough time at it today - sex drive is crazy and it's all I can do to not watch porn right now. Need to get out of the house and do something productive somewhere else.

  Hi everyone,i've been watching porn for about 12 years and have wanted to quit for several of those years. This is my first time joining a support group - I know I have the power to quit eventually, but I accept that this is a problem and I need help. I want to spend my time and energy on other things, and I worry about the effect porn has on my mind. Thanks for reading, and if you're also trying to overcome porn addiction, I fully support you!
