  It's been 2 months and at least 10 days since I've last watched or listening to something. That's a record for me, and my next goal is 3 months. But around this time is when it gets hard. And right now I'm fighting to not quit and listen to an asmr or search up anything. The worst of it is that it's in my memories and I can recall them whenever, and that's what I'm fighting to do now. Cause once I start daydreaming, I'm that much closer to looking it up. I want to reach my goal, I just feel so...
