Hi All,
Firstly I think its amazing that there is a resource like this to share and not be judged. Secrets make it all worse and just typing this out feels like a freedom in itself.
I've known it for a while, but was too ashamed to admit it, but I am addicted to porn. Specifically online porn. I've toyed with the idea of talking in person to someone, and may still do that. But for now, I think this is a good first step.
I really dont want to go down the road of installing porn blockers etc... on the PC/mobile device. I know for a fact I that the chase will make the resulting porn even more sought after.
I think what I am looking for is an accountability partner who can help in times that I feel weak where I could use their strength to keep on the straight and narrow, so to speak.
Let me know what you all think and if anyone would be interested, I'm certainly willing to try and make that commitment too.

I know I paid for a blocking device on my phone, and it tells me how long I’ve gone without porn and it give me little reward sticker things and it’s helped me. But I won’t lie and say that I haven’t gone against it and relapsed. I’m still using it because I’ve gotten better, but if you don’t think those will help then I do hope you find a great accountability partner. Make sure to keep up with each other as often as possible! Also, look up “Your brain on porn” on you tube if you haven’t already, it really helps to know what’s going on with your mind
