I used to do no fap basically where you don't fap or watch porn. Only thing your basically able to do is have sex with a girl. But I'm struggling with trying to not watch porn and jerking off. It's so hard. I have a porn blocker and something through the phone but I have no discipline. I just delete it. Im 18 and I don't want to tell my parents. Im trying I been trying for about a year. I used to be able to do this very easily now it's hard for me. I will do a couple days then fail. I have Been trying since Nov 28 2021. The longest time I have done since I started this again is 17 days. I want to do at least 90 day streak no mess up and then 6 months. Anyone got tips or something I can do to finally succeed.
