  I've been struggling with this addiction of masturbatation for a long time now. Going on maybe 6 years now. As I recently began working on myself and bettering me. I realize that this addiction of mine was unhealthy because when I wanted to stop I couldn't and the fact of something taking away my freedom of choice haunted me. So I've been trying to stop since but have never had the right motivation necessary for change. I really just think I never really wanted change until now. Now. Right Now....
