  Hey all, So far I've been really into hope and help for your nerves by Dr. Claire Weekes, and the book has helped tremendously. I still get anxiety from time to time, but I'm learning to face it better. I'm so glad I found this website and the great people on here.   So thanks to the good people here, I started reading Dr Claire Weekes book hope and help for your nerves. It's fascinating to learn all of my anxiety is from adrenaline being pumped constantly. Acceptance is still hard but possible, and it's the first step. Time is the cure. Learning to be patient with my anxiety and panic attacks is my key to stopping it. Our bodies become oversensitive in our nerves, and it takes time to heal. I also believe that without Jesus, I won't be able to conquer...

  Just joined, my anxiety attacks come daily now. I had AFib last may and now I think everything is a heart attack or stroke. I know that's not true because my EKG was good and my heart is back to normal. Ive been taking citolpram for 10 years but it's not working as normal. I'm trying Klonopin now for when it gets bad and it works for a couple of hours. Just want to eventually handle my anxiety again. I started therapy and I will see how it works.
