  For the past couple of days I have been waking up in a complete panic. I am currently going through a breakup and I feel like that contributing to my anxiety. My whole body feels like it's in shock. I am having trouble eating, getting out of bed and trying to focus my thoughts else where. I am so fearful of what's to come of my future. This breakup has really triggered my anixety, bad! Any advice or suggestions on how to calm myself. I really need help!

  I am currently on day four of my break up with my girlfriend of three years. We've been friends for over seven years.
