You really should be feeling that.
Ask your psychiatrist about this. That dose, and taken 3 times a day, should really be working. You should be feeling tired, drowsy, sleepy, calmer... do you feel that? Unless... do you drink a lot of caffeine, maybe?

Consult your prescribing doctor if it’s not working. Some meds take time to work though. Some people require medication based on the specific diagnosis, the extent of their diagnosis and so many other factors. Whatever dose helps is the right dose for you. There are other medications available if this ends up not working for you.
