  Too long a story - but in trying to address an issue due to anxiety "what ifs" about it... I end up surely complicating it (instead of just leaving it alone). Now my anxiety is even worse due to my fears about potential implications of my action. Fear, shame, guilt ...all of it ... ugh ...why couldn't I have let be....100 straight days of meditation, exercise, on lexapro (day 12), and doing all I can to be present and mindful ... and none of it seems to be working to help me through this

  I hate this side effect ... from my google searches, seems the first couple of weeks with lexapro an worsen anxiety ... ugh. Days are hard ... especially;ly trying to perform at work.   Anyone else experience this and I assume and hope it gets better in another couple of weeks?
