You are almost 1/4 the way there! I know it's tough, I have been there with the medications, and it can be hard at first. In the meanwhile, do all your other healthy things, such as drink 8 glasses of water a day, eat 3 healthy meals (so no blood sugar spikes from not eating), try cutting back on sugar and caffeine. Get enough sleep and cut back on your stress. Get exercise... take a daily walk outside... or do some other kind of cardio you enjoy such as tennis, golf (walking the course), bike riding, and do a little weight training. Exercise can really really help with anxiety/depression.

I had been taking lexapro at night … but my doctor said try switching to morning … and here I am.
Somehow - I’ll make it though and even if my worse catastrophizing occurs … so be it. I just want to be my old self.
