  Hey everyone. I am struggling with the most intense anxiety. I'd like to say that most of the acute anxiety I'm experiencing is from relationship challenges... but I'm not sure that's the truth. I think there's something deeper going on and it's my own inability to cope with life... being busy, work stress, worrying about literally EVERYTHING. I need to find some things that work for me. Some things I try are meditation (love meditation!), Audiobooks (self help), and just telling myself to be...
