  For all those who suffer from porn and/or sex addiction, what life event or in which you knew for sure you had an unhealthy problem and that you needed to change? I'm interested in what caused that need to change.

  Yesterday I relapsed. I looked at porn and had a binge twice before bed. In frustration, stress and boredom, I allowed myself to succumb to my old self by reverting back to using porn just to get a dopamine high in order to get an emotional high. I feel bad because the last week I was doing so good. I was reading, spending time with family, and even had a successful hunting trip. Then I had to end it all with a relapse. I am ashamed to admit I messed up but I have messed up and I am letting...

  I think one of the worse things about having porn addiction is that anywhere you go, you are surrounded by some resemblance of porn. I guess the main thing is to try to take it one day at a time and be less subjective about women. Of course many women are hot and who wouldn't want to f*** them. But that can't be the first thing on any of our minds really. There's more to women than sex.
