  Hey...does anyone have any suggestions as what to take naturally for help with sleeping?  I have been taking Valerian Complex and Kave Forte...sleeping fairly good.   Last 3 nights I can't seem to sleep. My mind is not racing, but just can't settle in...last night ended up taking 7mg of mirtazapine.  I had not had to take it for about 2 months, but needed it last night....and suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
