My easy-to-say-but-hard-to-do solution is to back off and take a gentle but encouraging personal inventory. Not even **I** am ALL bad and incompetent. Taking the time to notice and appreciate my own strengths and progress goes a long way in helping me be more compassionate with myself. For further positive reinforcement, I take the time to celebrate my small victories. Yay me! ! ! I resisted the urge to ram my car up the tailpipe of the jerk who just cut me off in traffic! ! !

Gentle support while you sort your own. Sort freely. Sort often. Your own, strictly personal answers are in there.
