  Been a bit of a better afternoon. This morning I woke up and before I had opened my eyes I was worrying about my heart rate, this gave me chest pains so I was googling that strait away and checking my pulse all day. Had quite a chilled day watching Christmas films with the kids. Felt a bit more positive this afternoon. Trying to pull it together I don't want to ruin Christmas for them.

  I'm feeling upset and angry today. No one seams to listen to me that I feel ill. It makes me mad that I look after other people yet I'm suposed to shake whatever this is off and be OK. I'm not OK. Trying not to cry and pull myself together. I'm normally the joking about one. Feel lost
