  My new moto is ONE DAY AT A TIME. I have good and bad days. I still cry quite often but everyday is a new day. Im working towards more good days than bad. I feel for everyone on this site. I wish I new what to say to help others but Im still trying to figure out how to deal with all of what has happened in the last 11 months myself.   It's been a struggle since October 2020. He is now in jail for 25 years without early release. Now he is being investigated for child pornography as he took a plea deal before all the evidence was reviewed. They found child pornography and some of it was my daughter.  He will get more time for that. I havent heard anything about that case yet but Im sure I will get phone calls. He will die in prison as he is in his 50s and not healthy. Im still so angry, sad, and confused as to why he would...

  My ex husband has accepted a plea deal. It is being wrote under Jessica Law with a sentence of 25 years in prison. He will not be able to get out early due to it being wrote under Jessica Law. If he would of went to trial he could of got so much more time. He deserves more time for what he did to my daughter. Im so glad that this case is going to be over soon. He just has to plead guilty at his sentencing. Not sure when that is going to happen though. They asked if me or my daughter would like...

  Where to start!!! October 2020 my 15 year old daughter sent me a text in the middle of the night saying that my ex-husband (step dad) molested her from age 6 to 12 years old. It could of been sooner but she can only remember back to 6. I didnt see the text until the next morning after I dropped her off at school.
