  A message a positive hope from me today. I have been worried about leaving the house for just a walk but after reading your messages of encouragement I got a bus today, first time in years and went to see my elderly Aunt. Amittedly I worn a beany hat, sunnies and the compulsary mask (which helps me a lot) and it was ok. Got to her house and my legs were like Jelly and was bit stressed but faked my way through just about.  When I felt anxious - just made an excuse to make tea, do the dishes or...

  I moved over 2 years ago, partially due to a stalker as the police couldn't help (even when the law changed 8 years after the first report I made).  I thought "feeling" safe in a new home would end most of my feelings of anxiety but since I've lived here things have almost become worse.  I don't wake every night from the slightess noise but because where am I now is further from people I know I guess I still feel vunerable.  Also as I have all I need around me...

  Hiya just joined up, not sure what to say apart from I've been struggling with anxiety for a few years now - getting help via NHS and was advised to seek others in the same situation. I hope everyone is doing semi-ok today :)  Not sure how this all works so will take the time to figure it out out and also I'm happy to give advise also. Off to have a read...Ooh think I accidently deleted my last post...not a good start, so here we go again haha! Apologies to the lady that replied - PS. Thanks...
