  If your not in the mood to read a whole vent, just skip. I've been feeling like crap my entire adult life so far. I'm starting to wonder if I'm a hypochondriac. From breathing issues to trouble swallowing it never ends. I began having panic attacks and bad anxiety symptoms in highschool and they get worse every year (not so much the classic panic attacks just overall anxiety).   I have been so sick for months now and I am so tired of feeling this way. I have been experiencing so much difficulty breathing and for the past month and I have not gotten a break (all my breathing tests come up normal tho). I can barely eat or drink anything.   I haven't posted in around a month, and since then I have had SO MUCH trouble breathing normally. I thought I had asthma and I was just tested a couple days ago and I do not. I have been chekced out by many doctors and there is nothing wrong with my lungs. Can anxiety cause daily breathing trouble??? Because it affects every aspect of my day.
