I wake up every morning with my heart feeling like it's beating hard in my chest. It's the first thing I feel in the morning and my anxiety kicks in almost immediately.
I brush my teeth and I start gagging and throw up.
I cry almost every day.
At work I have no personality. I'm sad and anxious almost all day. I'm scared and in a daze like state all day.
I have trouble spending time with family and friends.
At home when I try to rest and watch tv all I can do is feel my heart beating and when I look at my shirt I can see the beats through it.
Last night I couldn't even relax. I couldn't get comfortable in my chair, on the couch and even when I decided to just lay on my bed.

I know that was a lot to read, but I was just suprised to see someone going thru a lot of the thoughts and feelings I have been dealing with.
After I had a D & C done in June, 2020 to remove polyps from my uterus, I have had nothing but anxiety and really bad depression.
My doctor now has me on 0.5 of Clonazpam, 10mg of Busperion and 50mg of Sertraline (Zoloft) in the am, another 0.5 of Busperion in the late afternoon and my night time meds stayed the same. I just started to 50mg of Sertraline a week ago. She started me out at 12.5 on December 6th.
I feel like hell. I just want this nightmare to end.
I will say the last time back in 2014 through 2016 when I was active on here it was soothing to hear that there's a bunch of other people out there feeling these things. You are not alone.
Yeah, great for someone with an anxiety disorder.
So logically I know what it is, yet for the last four months I've been in "This is it! This is heart attack time" on and off.
It is awful and I feel your pain.
