  My anxiety is usually worse in the mornings and gets better throughout the day, but for some reason by anxiety is AWFUL today.  I have been fairly anxiety free for the few weeks after struggling for a couple of months from a panic attach back in August.  I'm scared that I took 2 steps back today and I'm going to start struggling with my anxiety again.  I thought that I was doing so good and feeling great then it all came crashing down this morning.Does anyone else run into this issue? ...

  I am a 38 year old male, married with 2 young girls (6 and 12).  I have a very good, professional job with a stable life (except in my brain, lol).  I was diagnosed with Panic Disorder when I was 20 years old and have struggled on and off since then.  I recently had my first bout of depression which was a daily struggle for me and continues to be on and off.  I'm am thankful that I have found this site and I hope to be able to help others with their journey.
