Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. It was a bad day for me yesterday as I had to go to the opticians, eyes are fine by the way, as we went through the door to drop my daughter at her day care centre, the anxiety hit, I was relatively OK in the opticians, just had to wait outside before I went in due to covid 19. We came back home, and I wasnt too bad, as I had to start painting the woodwork in the house, I did the hall and kitchen which took about an hour. Then when we went to pick up my daughter from her day centre the anxiety kicked in. I was nervous in the car, when we got home and I was sorting out what she wanted to eat, I started dropping things which I dont generally do. I was nervous and anxious most of the evening and even in bed, this morning I have woken in much the same state, I dont know whats triggered it. - Help!

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
I know how you feel every day I wake up it feels like a bomb as gone off in my stomach I was at hospital last week I'm normally OK but I was so scared and felt so nervous and uptight, I'm taking medication for anxiety but not 100% sure working I did try and talk to my GP but he just blocked me out, maybe if you could talk to your GP (doctor) to see if anything can be done.
It's difficult times with covid-19 I'm scared if I see anyone and try and move out of the way.

Sometimes anxiety just creeps in and takes over for no apparent reason. Just remember to breathe in deeply and exhale. Shallow breathing can trigger fight or flight response. I feel your pain as I am also not in the best place anxiety wise. Know you are not alone and we are here to listen and support you!
