Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...
My anxiety is usually worse in the mornings and gets better throughout the day, but for some reason by anxiety is AWFUL today. I have been fairly anxiety free for the few weeks after struggling for a couple of months from a panic attach back in August. I'm scared that I took 2 steps back today and I'm going to start struggling with my anxiety again. I thought that I was doing so good and feeling great then it all came crashing down this morning.
Does anyone else run into this issue? Feeling great then 1 bad day of anxiety ruins everything for a while? How do you have 1 bad day of anxiety and start the next day without fearing that you're stuck back in a cycle of bad anxiety? Any advice?

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
I'm just trying to convince myself that I'm not getting stuck in a bad situation again....and that it's just 1 bad day. Maybe I'm being too hard on myself for having a bad day? I dunno...I'm just worried and scared.
Sometimes, changing the way we use the anxiety helps us to make a small change that improves the anxiety to within normal range.
