  I've always had anxiety and panic attacks but after having a huge health scare from a blood clot in my lungs 2 weeks ago my anxiety is literally off the scale ... I'm home on medication and have been told "I'm lucky" the clot will take 6-12 months to disperse..I know it's very early days yet but I'm so fearful of every little twinge.. it's like I'm holding my breath waiting for something to go wrong ..we also moved house while I was in hospital so I'm in a different house in a different town.....

  Hi all I'm new here, diagnosed with a saddlebag PE .. in hospital for 9 days and home for 10 ! I feel totally isolated and alone !! Terrified of every little twinge I get anywhere in my body ! On Apixaban.. I've read lots of your posts and they have given me some comfort,but I still worry that something terrible is about to happen !
