  Hi everyone,Just felt like sharing this weird and unpleasant sensation that I get when I am resting or just sitting, watching television. I can always feel my heart pounding in my chest, and having a fear that it would gradually increase and may be lead to a heart attack. This robs me of so many precious and valuable moments with friends and family as I am always on an edge and can't seem to get this feeling/sensation over me. Please let me know about any of your experiences and any ways/...
