  This is something I've been dealing with ever since I was in highschool, it doesn't happen often and sometimes it happens almost everyday. I figure my triggers are when I am having problems in my relationship or something that makes me super nervous I can't control it. I will be having a tense conversation with my partner and I have to literally stop him so I can run to the bathroom and gag.
