  I recently have been officially diagnosed with Chronic PTSD and I have been struggling to deal with triggeres that are not quite defined yet. How do I deal with them? I flinch at noises and sometimes fast movement but I just cant figure out what else is triggering to me.

  Postpartum has been a personal challenge for me. I want to overcome it and be better as a person. Before i couldnt control it so well but lately i have felt as though i have been really doing well with me and my boyfriend and even around my daughter it seems a lot better too. I still have those really sad unmotivated days i dont know what to do about.
