  Some days are harder than others and that's okay I expected that but sometimes I sit back and I think that it's probably better that my son's dad walked out on us because he really didn't have much to offer and now I don't have to share my sweet boy with someone who won't be able to love him as much as I do. Yeah I may be alone but at least I'm happy.

  I am a first-generation college student who is also a teen mom and I've recently been thinking about other options that don't include working for my degree anymore to support me and my son. However, I know that my family is depending on me to be successful and break the chain for my younger siblings to follow a better course of action. I just feel like right now I am going to be going to school for so long just to be struggling at the moment. How do I keep my eye on the prize when it seems so...

  I'm a new mom and have been struggling with doing it alone. The dad wanted to be involved in the beginning but a few days after the baby was here and me not wanting to let him go out because of the virus he completely walked out on us and I am still dealing with waking up at night with my son but now I'm also dealing with his new "girlfriend" harassing me and calling me a bad mom because I won't let my son go out with his dad during this whole crisis but he is making me seem like I am the bad...

  I recently started having my panic attacks more and more and they always seem to hit me at the worst moments like all at once I just feel like the world is crashing down on me. I used to be really good about dealing with them and calming them but now since I have been doing better I kind of forgot and I feel like my old tricks aren't working anymore.
