  Well I just finished day one of going without masturbation and porn and I'm feeling pretty good.   Well I made it 3 and a half days without masturbating and watching porn and honestly I feel so stupid. I thought I could mess around and be fine after having some temptations today, but I was wrong. I did it again. I just don't know what to do. I can get a few days and then I completely and totally mess up. I just really need some encouragement right now and some advice on how to move forward. Thank you all.
