  Hi,There's nothing anyone can do but it's just nice to talk about it. I don't like to say I suffer from arthritis, depression, anxiety and fibro but I have it and I dont want it to win. I'm 27 and I feel like my life has been taken from me. I don't want to live in pain every day but I dont want to kill myself because besides being in pain 24/7 I have great family and love.   Hey anxious people.How do you deal with anxiety attacks? I used to cut myself to release the tension but I don't need anymore battle scars. I'm getting so anxious I'm dizzy. I know why I am and I've already addressed it but it's still lingering like I cant keep it off my mind.

  I was happy and having a great life with my boyfriend but all of a sudden something switched. I'm depressed, irritated, anxious... my heart hurts my chest hurts and I just keep screaming in my head to stop myself from thinking and spiraling downwards. I'm usually good at recognizing what's bothering me but I cant figure it out. Does anyone else have sudden mood swings like this that last more than just one day? I feel bad for my boyfriend... I cant figure out what's wrong i keep randomly crying...

  I've had arthritis and Fibro for 10 years now and it's been going downhill every year. A new joint seems to give out every year. I feel useless and sometimes I want to end it all. I have an amazingly supportive boyfriend but he doesn't understand my anxiety. If hes playing video games and I hear him talking to a woman I have this unrealistic fear hes going to leave me for some random chick online who lives in another country.
