  Today’s a hard day. I’ve been doing good the last while but the feeling is always there that I’m going to fall apart and break. I struggle to be a happy mom through it all and and continue my job. I tend to just stop life when I’m struggling and the fear of failure is so strong during this time. It’s like I want to continue and do life but I physically cannot. The anxiety and fears and thoughts go to an all time high and I spiral fast.
