  Today is one of those awful days after a restless tear filled night. I.m exhausted and can barely imagine my life moving forward or ever getting better with all of the loss i've dealt with weighing me down. Time heals is a lie; finding resolution or reconciliation is another lie. It iswhat it is. I am no one's son anymore, no ome's brother anymore, no one's romantic partner anymore. As these days go by, I become only less and less significant. Today I feel as I am nothing,

  Just wanted to reach out to this group as we head into the holidays. I.m scared and lonely too. Let's rally around each other and lean on each other. It's tough to hear, but our loved ones who are gone wouldn't want us to hurt like this. I feel so heartbroken every morning.
