i was told that i could reach out for help at school but ive made it known that i have depression to my english teacher and she literally didnt do anything, the school also doesnt do anything, they make mental health surveys and i also put my mood as horrible because it is and nobody has reached out to me, i know i could be doing more like talking to a teacher and actualy tellig them i have depression and need help but i dont trust them anymore after them not doing anything after them knowing there is a high chance i was depressed
I know in my school we are short staffed, and often i am pulled in several directions at once. So there is a chance i could miss something that a student said or wanted me to do. Please give the teacher another chance. Or check into another teacher that might be able to help. I know our school secretaries often help students too.
