  Thanks for your comments when I was feeling weak a few days ago. I made my goal of getting two weeks clean and want to set a new goal for just another three weeks (end of July). I'm working to not allow any "slips" at all--no questionable content of any kind and definitely no masturbating. Feel free to join with me as I'll be on here pretty frequently to get support from you guys. Stay sober everyone

  Need some support from you guys today. I could feel it yesterday that I just was simply wanting to look at tons of porn and go lose the few days I had built up. I won't see my wife for the next two days as well so I really need some help.

I made a list of all the things in my control and one of the things I think has really been helping: I've been trying to identify the things that are making me most stressed and doing them instead of resorting to "helping" myself through "browsing innocently" online.   I made it one week without pornography or masturbating but today I relapsed and feel disappointed. I'm happy that it was a week and not just a couple days though. My goal this time is to make it to the end of this month and all of July without any form of pornography and zero masturbating. Need some support from you guys
