  I was doing so well! I thought that this was behind me for the last time! Now I feel as if I am back to square one and I will never be over this. FUCK!! I hate myself for this. It's just porn.... Why can't I shake this?!? FUCK!

  It's crazy how your brain tries to trick you. It will try "just one more time", "just do it so you can focus better" "those images are safe" when you KNOW deep down its not safe, it won't be your last. I have blocked all sexters, any other negative influences. I have cut all ties with people that shared my kink. I don't want to go down that rabbit hole again.   It crazy. I was thinking to myself that I have been struggling with this addiction for "a little while " and I just realized it's been almost 7 years. I was in denial for the majority of the time. I only realized this because I was struggling with this when my 1st child was born. That will be 7 years very soon. I am done letting this control me! No more  "one more time" "this won't set me back". I am in it to win it this time.....WHO IS WITH ME?

  It's amazing how triggers will change your thought process in a second. A big one for me is stress.  I'll be fine, then BOOM! Or how your brain will try to trick you in believing ... Just one more timeI've cut it all out, the porn, phone sex and blocked all the sexter's. I will beat this ( no pun intended. Sorry humor is my coping mechanism)

  Damn......I feel like I am back at square 1 after years of doing well. Please tell me that someone here is clean but slipped themselves! Stress is my trigger and I have a ton of it right now.
