Sexual addiction, also sometimes called sexual compulsion, is a form of psychological addiction to sexual intercourse and other sexual behavior.
Need some support from you guys today. I could feel it yesterday that I just was simply wanting to look at tons of porn and go lose the few days I had built up. I won't see my wife for the next two days as well so I really need some help.

I’m in the same boat guys. Recently got a few days of being clean but then went back to it after being stressed with work. Don’t give up.

I think that lustful thoughts crowd out the good thoughts that I should be thinking. It takes some effort and prayer - but when I refocus on good things (loving my wife, honoring God, serving others, etc) I am more able to conquer the lustful thoughts that are trying to ensnare me. I start adding up how much of a waste of time it is to sit around and please myself. I realize how much better of a person I can be in the long run - if I focus on encouraging and helping others. So many needs out there.... so little time. Prayers for success in this battle! We are all in this together!
