Trying to avoid gazing at attractive females around us (whether in person or on TV) seems to help, too. Always keeping in mind that, though sexual feelings are good, we don't need them to live. We need water. We need food (eventually). But we can live without sex, porn, and masturbation. Sure doesn't feel like it, yet it's true.

You can do it! And have a plan--when the temptation comes, have an "auto-pilot" plan to get away from the internet source (relocate to a coffee shop, go for a job, get into a public place, comment on here, etc.).

I relapse all the time. All porn and masturbation does in the end is make one feel DEAD. One addiction feeds another because I enjoy weed. Weed in turns triggers sexual needs hence porn....2 or sometimes 3 beatings at a time .....And all along it's my wife that takes the consequences of this filthy addiction because by the time we go to bed I'm too drained . That in itself is the vilest thing one can do to a wife. UTIs from lotions ,creams,butter, shampoo, conditioner,shave cream,etc.....Burning groin and penis because of irritants and infection. Masturbation sucks ? I'm tired of it but it's pull is strong......I hate it !
