  Sometimes my fingers twitch, especially my thumb.  I've read that muscle cramping is common, but I haven't read anything about twitching.  My lower eyelid has been twitching some too.

  After reading here and the Elaine Moore site linked here, I have been analyzing my health for the last 10 years.  Around 2010, I blogged about being too tired to get out of bed in the morning, and I stayed tired all day.  I also remember the heat getting to me more than it had before, but that could have been menopause.  I think I attributed hair thinning to menopause too.   My arms and legs felt so tired and heavy, like metabolic muscle fatigue.  And that's when my shins became red,...
