I use powder Potassium to balance along with my liquid ReMag. I also try eating a banana a few hours before bed time or any other higher levels foods (I have to be mindful of any Oxalates and Salycilates). I find the heart flutters a lot better this way.
I am not off of the MMI (currently at 0.625 mg per day).
I do agree about the daylights savings which can throw anyone's circadian clock off. Arizona doesn't do this, thankfully.

The heart flutters go on and off.
Major issues with getting full REM sleep.
I sleep for 2 hours, wake up and go back to sleep for another 2.
I did notice I sleep more solid if I do more physical labor (cleaning) during the day.
Time for spring cleaning. :-)
I do the banana and liquid calcium before bed.
If the heart flutters are on high, I do the Thyroid Calm.
