  Today, like every other day, I feel down. I wish I could feel better, but my anxiety and depression keep getting the way. My night terrors have come back. I wish I could do something, but how? Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you in advance.

  I'm new to this site and it feels nice to know that I'm not alone. I have lived with hair pulling for a few years. It's been more difficult recently because I've recently moved. And I don't know anybody and I miss all my friends. I have resulted to wearing a beanie when I'm home. But out in public, it's much more difficult. I guess, I just need someone to talk to about this and help me.
