  I have surgery coming up in a few weeks and I have anxiety just thinking about it . I had a anxiety  attack today  I  am just overwhelmed with everything going on .

  My dad passed away 2 months ago and I am still  struggling with it .  I was diagnosed with depression and  anxiety  So I am not happy a lot. I top of that I have CMT no it's not  Country music television lol it's  A  form of muscular dystrophy so I am losing the ability of walking and it affects my hands also but I don't  complain because I don't think I'm worth it .
