Status: New journal post 6-17-16 Hey, look at that - Pictures! And, of course, it was me that was feeble, not DS.
About Me
I\'m 58 now (really? I was only 30 just the other day...) and have had deprression since shildhood. I don\'t remember time very well -- if it\'s in the past it was the other day for , me. I cratered with CFS/SEID about 4 yrs ago and lay on the couch in the dark sleeping and watching TV (laughter therapy with comedians on the Comedy Cchannel was very helpful) for about two years. Finally my dear friend, who is a gifted energy healer, insisted I let her treat me every week. That\'s when I started to improve as much as I have. Now I manage my energy every day, always resting in the afternoon.

Finally starting to get some decent sleep again... not great, but fewer and shorter wakings, longer blocks of sleep. I just got into the 15mg portion of my new trial-drug, maybe that's the ticket. 8 more days of that, then 10 days of 20mg, ...... -

Oh, your poor face! :-( And whatever else hurts. Glad you got to go swimming, tho! I wouldn't call that a dumb blond moment; I call those "Duhhh.." moments, and we all get 'em, lol. I've seen that Now brand; I'll check my health food store for it. -
