  Each day when you wake up, take a deep breathe and tell yourself that today is going to be okay.When you inhale imagine all the bad energy your have/are experiencing is going into your body.And then when you exhale imagine all of the bad energy you just sent into your body... leaving  your body now.The bad energy is no longer a part of you, it is apart of the world in which you don't need to focus on.

  It's been over 6 years since I was raped and it's hard to not have the nightmares, think everyone is against me, it's all my fault, negative mindset, never feeling safe, and anxiety attacks from it. I try to manage, but the event just replays in my mind and never let's me ahve a break from it.

  I was raped over 6 years ago and since then I have issues with getting close to guys, especially when it's just him and I in a building together. I also have a hard time talking to males all together. I've been trying to work on this, but this one male friend of mine (he just wants to be a good friend and doesn't know how) thinks that I always expect something from him and he doesn't know how to help. Him and one other male friend of mine are the only two guys I've met who didn't want to just...
