   Sometimes I can't help but think it may be a health issue that I wake up like this but I eventually end up feeling better later on at night. That is when I have all of my energy.I wake up feeling like I didn't even sleep at all. I can't keep my eyes open.then I get concerned  ecause I literally slept all though the night. I wake up and toss and turn a little but I never fully wake up Then my anxiety starts because I feel so shitty. I feel feelings in my chest and just wierd...

  Hey guys. For a long time I been wanting document my anxiety journey and how I heal. Today is my first day back to therapy. Would u guys like to be updated? Maybe it can help you guys in some way without paying the money.i would say ppl who relate to my situation could benefit most.i have generalized anxiety and panic disorder and I worry most about health, so health anxiety. I went to therapy before and vanished my anxiety for 2 years.   in bed and although I know this is bullshit and I'm not gonna die, I'm gonna be worked up into possible a panic attack if not an anxiety attack soon, I just know when it's coming.i woke up with my nose stuffy which I do a lot of mornings. I already went to the allergy doctor and she said I'm not allergic to anything she tested me for ( a Lot of stuff including dust and pollen).
