I already went through several 4-week mindfulness based stress reduction workshop. They were very successful but currently, CBT is what I need. The two together = power healing. It came back when i moved out of my dads and a lot of stressful stuff came my way.
I knew exactly how to control it...but this time i couldn't. No matter what I tried to remember at therapy or practice, they dont stop.
I literally allow it to happen and somehow i go back to being tense and fearful. Im nothing but accepting of it but its to the point where my anxiety keeps going all day and has drained me completely. I feel like a walking zombie.
