  Hi all,   I just joined, am a senior, and have dealed with mental health issues most of my life. Depression has been with me for many years, and I take medication for it. Think I will ask for a change of pills, cause I have been feeling really lethargic, and it's not getting better. I get tired of people telling me I need to keep busy, make friends, etc. Keeping busy is not a cure for depression, though it may help for a time.
