  Got a question and I’d like to see how others handle the issue. My incontinence is light, and can be managed with pads without problems. But as the weather warms, and pools and beaches are on the horizon how do others like me with light incontinence and swimming?

  Just when you think your in the clear, another issue arises. And to be honest I’m embarrassed to even bring it up. As of late I’ve been having issues with sweating. The heavy sweating confined to two areas. And it doesn’t have to be hot outside.  My arm pits. For no real good reason I’ll feel a bead of sweat run down the side of my torso.
