Maybe you can wear bigger underpants which prevent the rubbing of the diaper backing and your skin?

I find tena supers impact me like that if I'm wearing them and moving around too much

I always found shaving around the area helps prevent any discomfort, as well as wearing some type of underwear/spandex

Skin irritation and rashes are a common problem with incontinence. Its worse in warmer weather. Using powders and ointments. And changing frequently. goes a long way towards helping with that. But even then its going to happen. Also quality incontinence products help wick the urine away from the skin too.

After you read my note entered on 3/14, you'll understand why I will suggest you soon try to reduce or eliminate the leakage rather than deal with it after the fact. Given my own experience, I can tell you that male incontinence can be managed pretty darn well, so to speak. Good luck to you.

Since my prostatectomy eight years ago, my incontinence remains at the moderate to severe level. For over two years I have been developing and using a device, a silicone sleeve, that now may be comfortably worn all day (and all night), requires no removal or adjustments before or after urinating, and allows me to be active, including jogging or working in the yard. I need volunteers willing to test my product and complete a survey questionnaire after 30 days or so. The number one priority is comfort, followed by convenience and performance. I was not one to use devices that required removal and reset during restroom stops nor devices which greatly impeded my lifestyle, hence my search for something better than anything presently available. Thank you all for your replies. I’ve found out here of late several points of interest.
I don’t think it’s a leak of urine at all, but instead sweat. It has incredibly hot and humid lately and I’ve noticed when I undress the cuffs of my underwear are wet and those are the areas that are giving me the issues.
I also tried the shaving that bobsan 48 suggested, and that was a great benefit. I guess the extra friction from hair, is no help to the situation.
I am a pad wearer and I’m wondering if I moved up to some sort of disposable underwear, would they also absorb the sweat being generated? Any thoughts?

I wear pads for my leak and experience rubbing from the non-absorbent paper edges of the pads. I've tried several brands and styles of pads. My doctor said I am suffering with diaper rash. Using diaper rash paste REALLY helps. I change pads 4 to 6 times a day and use the diaper rash paste every time. I've tried 3 different diaper rash pastes with different results, varying from good to great. My experience with diaper rash cream is not good. Good luck.

Hi and I hope you got better with your diaper rashes.
I can recommend
Earth Mama Angel Baby Bottom Balm in case you use cloth diapers and plastic pants which then irritate the inside of the legs and create the rashes or you can try Cetaphil Baby Diaper Cream. That worked well with me and my daughter too.

Well, I have an update. The rash that I was fighting was not diaper rash, but instead jock itch from the warm weather. Made worse by the pad chafing. So with a little miconozole spray, everything is back to normal.

Good to hear that you could find out and got rid of it easily.
