  finally trying to get help. Miss my wife so much even though I never show it. Maybe it has to do with being a Soldier, maybe just how Im built. But I do miss her and I never tell anyone. Its been 3 years. I want to visit her grave but I have a girlfriend now and I think it might hurt her feelings. I still hear her voice, laugh from time to time and it brings me to my knees.

  Ive been told I have PTSD after watching my wife pass away. Its been 3 years now. I really seem normal but I know part of me has never healed and I dont know if I ever will. Sometimes I remember something and it feels like something inside me is breaking. I cant tell anyone about this. But it hurts so very much.
