  does anyone have any trouble getting their PCP to prescribe them medications for their panic attacks? I’ve tried every antidepressant/anti anxiety medication under the sun that isn’t a benzodiazepine. BUT, they don’t work. I try and try to get them to prescribe me a low dose Klonopin/Xanax and it’s like pulling teeth. :(

  This might be long so bare with me. I’m a 20 year old female that has dealt with anxiety and depression what seems like her entire life. Panic attacks hit me almost every night, anxiety throughout the entire day. Physical symptoms are so scary; heart palpitations, fast heart beat, numb hands, feet, arms, neck, throat feels like it’s closing, and so on.
